About Me
Hello beautiful human! I’m Hera, a Health, Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach, animal lover, and eternal seeker of life’s mysteries, always fascinated by how much there is to learn, feel, and be and I want to share a little bit about myself and how I arrived at this moment in my life, making it my purpose to serve others and help open their hearts.
Ever since I was young, I’ve always been that extra sensitive person, the one who felt deeply tormented by the suffering of both animals and humans. I remember making it my mission to stand with those who were being bullied at school and going out of my way to sit with the ones who sat alone, the “outcasts.” My emotional depth was overwhelming, and society indirectly conveyed to me that this sensitivity was a weakness. I didn’t know how to handle it, and I certainly didn’t deal with it correctly.
I have always felt other people’s emotions deeply and wanted to understand what led them to those feelings, what their stories were. I have always been that person after a conversation when people would say: “I’ve never told this to anyone, I feel so comfortable sharing with you.”
As an adult, my journey into emotional and spiritual work began in 2012. I was deep in the rabbit hole. I learned a lot from many many teachers. That Life is a beautiful gift to claim and share with others, that Love is a superpower and we are creating Life one choice at a time.
Over time, I reclaimed my sensitivity as a superpower, a gift that allows others to feel safe sharing the most delicate, intimate parts of their lives, which are often hidden but hold immense potential for transformation.
I learned that the parts of ourselves we think we need to hide or that we believe aren’t acceptable are actually the real gems, the places where we discover our true selves and the parts of us that need tender attention.
I still work in the medical industry as a radiologic technologist/CT scan, looking at people’s insides every day. While I have a fairly mediocre relationship with this job, the year 2020 opened my eyes.
I realized something HUGE was missing in my life.
When my only job was put at risk, something shifted inside me.
At that moment, I decided I wanted to live a life aligned with what truly matters to me.
I realized what I’m committed to is DEPTH.
Not just seeing people’s physical insides, but understanding the depths of their hearts and minds.
I began slowly restructuring my life, my intimate partnerships, my career, and my vision for how I wanted to serve Life and others in a way that felt true to my core.
No more settling for mediocrity.
This journey led me to coaching. I first joined a health coaching program, which served as a gateway into the world of coaching and the realization of how important our emotional body is in influencing every other aspect of our lives. That we are emotional beings and caring for our emotions and alchemizing our experiences instead of believing the stories we tell ourselves is a huge gateway to transforming our whole lives!
I also discovered that what I needed most and the people I connect with is help with RELATIONSHIPS, SEX, AND LOVE.
I did a quick search for sex coaching, and, as if guided by fate, I found a certification program with registration opening the very next day! I took it as a clear sign from the Universe and enrolled, investing a significant portion of my savings to learn from experts in the field.
And here I am! Ready to meet you exactly where you are and serve with all my heart.
Words can only go so far in expressing how passionate I am about this work and how profoundly it has transformed my life. That’s why I invite you to experience it for yourself. I believe that our bodies, minds, and emotions are deeply interconnected, and bringing them into harmony is what helps us feel whole. Our bodies hold immense intelligence, and through somatic work, which integrates mind, body, and soul, we can unlock deep healing and transformation.
